Group accommodation with bunk bed style layout perfect for motorbike groups, families and gatherings looking for a unique getaway.

Featuring a large undercover entertaining area known as the “Tavern”. Here you will find tables, chairs, TV with Kayo Sports, pool table, darts board and an open wood fire to gather with friends and family.

Comfortable bunk beds to sleep 10 can be found in this dorm style accomodation including an adjoining bathroom.

Attached to the Shearer’s Quarters is the The Lodge offering accommodation for a further 5 people. Book both the Shearer’s Quarters and The Lodge for large groups of 15 people.

  • Wood for log fire

  • Doonas and pillows.

  • Kitchenette in Tavern – basic utensils, kettle, toaster, microwave, 2 burner gas cooktop, air fryer with pizza oven.

  • Plenty of undercover bike parking

Exclusions

  • Bed sheets & towels are excluded but can be supplied at an additional cost of $10 per person. These can be booked during the online checkout process.

Rates

The displayed accommodation price is based on 10 people. Rates are $50 per person per night for one night with a minimum of 6 guests.  Discounted rate for 2 nights or more. Please use the check availability section below to access a price for your specific needs.

Booking Information

* Reservations are subject to availability and pricing at the time of Booking.

* All reservations will be confirmed via email.

* 50% deposit required to confirm your booking dates. 

* Full payment is required if your booking is made 7 or less days in advance.

* Balance of payment due 7 days prior to arrival. 

* Code to key safe & Road conditions will be forwarded after full payment is received.

Cancellations

  • If booking is cancelled less than two weeks before arrival, the deposit will be retained and not refunded.
  • If the booking is cancelled between 2-4 weeks before arrival, 50% of your deposit will be refunded if the booking dates are refilled.

Check In/ Out Details

*Check in time for all dwellings is from 1pm.

*Check out time for all dwellings is before 11am.

*Earlier and later times may be negotiated, if need be, dependent on availability.

4WD/AWD is highly recommended. Road conditions will be provided before arrival, however, a shower of rain or snow will change road conditions whilst on site.

 

All linen is supplied for the Cedar Cottage and The Lodge.

The Shearers Quarters has pillows and Doonas supplied, guests are required to bring their own sheets/sleeping bags/blankets and towels. We can provide this linen if required, at an additional cost.

All accommodation is situated on a working cattle farm where wild dog baits are used to protect our livestock. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed at any of the venues.

Firewood is provided for all fireplaces at Kurrara High Country.

Additional firewood is available at an extra cost if required, but there should always be more than enough.



4G phone service is available at all accommodation locations on Kurrara.

While all accommodations have had snow before, we unfortunately can’t predict when it is going to fall.
