- 4WD access is highly recommended. Road conditions will be provided before arrival, however, a shower of rain or even snow will change the road conditions whilst on site.
- Please leave gates as you find them. If it is open, please leave it open, if it is closed, please close it behind you. This is a working cattle farm, and mustering fees will apply if need be.
- Please follow tracks in and out of the property. No off-road driving permitted, as pastures are for cattle grazing only and not safe for vehicles.
- Motorbikes are not to be ridden on the property. There are some amazing roads and tracks in the Barrington Tops to explore instead.
- Check – in time is 1pm.
- Check – out time is 11am.
- No Smoking indoors at any Kurrara Accommodation. Additional cleaning fees may be charged if need be.
- Please ensure you place all indoor rubbish into the outside bins provided under the carport
- No Pets are allowed. All accommodation is situated on a working cattle farm, and wild dog baits are used to protect our stock.
- It is strictly prohibited to bring or use firearms and Archery equipment on Kurrara High Country property. No hunting of any kind is permitted.
- The property is blessed with Omadale Brook frontage, as well as waterfalls and dams. Please fully supervise your children while out exploring.
- Kurrara High Country Accommodation has multiple locations for guests to stay. We ask that you please be mindful and respectful of other guests visiting the property and keep noise to a minimum after 11pm.
- All guests shall accept liability for themselves, their children, furniture, fixtures and all fittings at their accommodation, fair wear and tear exempt.
- Credit card details will be retained for additional damages/ mustering costs if required
- Kurrara High Country Accommodation shall not be responsible for personal injury or be liable to compensate guests or their visitors for loss, theft or damage of any vehicle or personal property on or bought onto the premises. Kurrara High Country advises that guests securely lock their accommodation and/or motor vehicles when unoccupied.
- I/We agree that I/We are personally liable for the payment of the guest account and if the person, Company or Association indicated by me as being responsible for the account does not do so, my liability of the payment will be joint and several. Any charges for guest services and for damage to Kurrara High Country Accommodations property, not billed at the time of departure, may be added to the account for settlement, or charged to the same account. An Invoice will be emailed or sent by mail for any outstanding monies, notifying of all charges.
- I/We agree that I/We will be invoiced for non-return of keys, or if willful damage has been caused by myself or other guests in my party, including visitors on my stay at Kurrara High Country, or if the accommodation and grounds have been left in a state requiring excessive cleaning.
- RISK WARNING – The management wishes to warn occupants, guests and other persons including visitors of registered guests who engage in any recreational activity, within the meaning of the Civil Liability Act 2002 in, on or near Kurrara High Country, that the pursuit of such activities may result in harm or personal injury. All persons who engage in recreational activities, events, functions, use of hire equipment or use any facilities do so at their own risk. Guests always remain responsible for visitors to Kurrara High Country Accommodation.
- Subject to any rights, which cannot be excluded under the Trade Practices Act or similar State Legislation, I/We covenant and agree to indemnify and hold harmless, release and forever discharge this Accommodation, it’s owners, managers, staff, agent and third party providers and claim, cost and expenses which any guest, their children or their visitors might have in respect of, or arising out of participation/ and or use of the properties activities, events, functions, use of hire equipment or use any facilities including but not limited to negligence, a claim for damages or loss of life, personal injury, medical expenses, mental or nervous shock, or property damage which may be caused or suffered by the guest, their children or their visitors. I/We authorize Kurrara High Country Accommodation, or any persons to whom the property delegates to obtain medical treatment considered necessary.
- By paying the deposit to secure a booking, I/We have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
